We inform you that Mas Paloma is not a place open to the public. Please ask us before inviting anyone who has not registered with us. It is a couple who will welcome you into their house and outbuildings. There may be other travellers under the same roof. That’s why we invite you to use all the rooms at your disposal in a friendly way, respecting everyone’s privacy.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to guarantee health and safety conditions for everyone, we ask you to read these internal rules carefully.
Important : We inform you that the entire property, inside and outside, is under video surveillance.
If you are booking at Mas Paloma Guesthouse, you confirm that you are covered by third party insurance.
If you are booking a self-catering cottage at Mas Paloma, you confirm that you have holiday insurance.
Rooms are available from 4pm to 8pm. Late or early arrivals must be arranged in advance. For late arrivals, without prior agreement, your night will be lost and no refund will be given.
On arrival you will be asked to report any visible deterioration or broken equipment: Any lack of explanation from your part means that you have moved into a place in a perfect condition.
At the check-out, we will make a control and charge any degradations.
Pets are not allowed at Mas Paloma.
If you decide to come to Mas Paloma with your dog and/or cat, check-in will not be possible. There will be no refund.
The swimming pool is open from 8.00 to 22.00 from May to mid-September.
As part of the French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to the public, and with the aim of ensuring harmonious use, these “Swimming Pool Regulations” have been drawn up.
The owner reminds all guests that the pool is not supervised. The pool is a family pool. Its use is reserved to the members of the owner’s family and to the people staying in the guest rooms.
All noisy games, throwing objects, diving and jumping from the edge are forbidden. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with these rules and may withdraw access to the pool area without compensation. Swimming pool users undertake to :
Respect for a pleasant way of life is required of everyone in order to guarantee the tranquillity of the place and the comfort of its guests.
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The customer undertakes to leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to leave all the objects present in the room and to declare and pay for any damage for which he/she is responsible. Only people who have booked are authorised to enter Mas Paloma.
Mas Paloma declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage of the client’s personal belongings. If left in the room at the end of the stay, the items can be returned at the request and expense of the person concerned.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00am on the scheduled day of departure.
Please understand that we need the necessary time to provide the most welcoming accommodation possible for those arriving. If you wish to spend your day at the mas, we have a bagagerie and a courtesy bathroom for you.
Rooms and cottages will be subject to an inventory before your departure. We ask the guest to pay for any significant deviation.
Breakfast is served outside under the pergola between 8.30am and 10.00am.
If the weather is not good, breakfast is served inside in the dining room of Mas Paloma.
The kitchen, areas not open to the public and private areas are not at the guests’ disposal. Guests are asked to respect the state of the premises, especially the rooms. Cigarette butts and litter must not be left behind; ashtrays and bins are provided. No food is allowed in the bedrooms. There is a television in most of the rooms; the volume must be moderate after 10 p.m. Visitors have free access to the wifi network of the Mas.
Illegal downloading is not allowed. It is customary for visitors to put away their bedding, belongings and clothing, but heavy soiling is the responsibility of the client.
Valuable items (jewellery, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or in parked vehicles; the owner declines all responsibility in the event of these items disappearing.
In order to preserve the tranquillity of Mas Paloma, noise levels must be kept to a minimum both inside and outside the property. Likewise, in order not to disturb the neighbourhood, we ask you to keep your mobile phone on silent mode and to isolate yourself when making or receiving a call.
Please respect the image rights. You are not authorised to take photographs of third parties without their prior consent.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 8 am.
In the event of a conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the problem. We ask our clients to dress appropriately for all occasions and to be properly dressed and shod when moving around the common areas.
The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare and assume financial responsibility for any damage for which he/she is responsible. Mas Paloma declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to property.
Naturism is permitted around the bathing area.
In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006, smoking is prohibited in public places. All places, including rooms, are therefore strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes, except outside.
