Main characteristics are :

Arrivals from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To ensure the best possible welcome, please inform us of your arrival time when making your reservation. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Breakfast is rich, hearty, and varied: sweet, savory, or vegan. We prioritize organic products or those from local suppliers. Gluten-free options are also available upon request. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, either on the wooden terrace by the sea or under the pergola. If the weather does not permit, breakfast will be served indoors.

The pool is private, and
the jacuzzi is available and included in the room rates during high season (extra charge in low season). It can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, and the water is fully refreshed after each use. The jacuzzi is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Spa treatments and massages are available on request.
Champagne and wine are available on request (with liquor license).
A selection of teas, herbal infusions, and coffee is also provided.

Free and secure Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and throughout the villa.
Access is granted via a bracelet (for the gate, entrance door, room, pool, and beach).
Parking within the secured property is available upon reservation, with an additional fee of €30.

Due to the villa’s architecture, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The villa is entirely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes), but a designated smoking area is available in the garden.

For all reservations, a 50% deposit is required, with a minimum of one night.
The remaining balance must be paid by card or cash upon arrival.
Tourist tax: €1.15 per person per night.
